Hi,
Can anyone recommend apartments or studios at Paliochori that have great views preferably close to the beach? Has anyone stayed at the Artemis Villas? Thanks, Bitsy

Paliochori is widely regarded as the best beach in Milos, and as such, it is a great choice for lodging. Having said that, the only establishment I know of with a website is Artemis Bungalows. They are just 50-100 m. from the magnificent, crystal-clear water of Paliochori beach. The view, however, though good, does not qualify as great. There is frequent bus service to Paliochori from Adamas, the port of Milos, during the summer months, connecting it to other beaches and the rest of the villages of Milos. Paliochori is about 10 km. away from Adamas, and a 10-15 minute car ride. I bicycle there in about 25-30 minutes.

Paliochori beach is divided in 3 sections, east, central and west. The east section features hot sulphur springs, the larger central section is a family beach, and the remote east section is frequented by nudists. Artemis Bungalows is conveniently located right in the middle of Paliochori central. Artemis Fishtavern is right on the bus and taxi stops.
