Hi all,
we are planning a trip to El Chalten in March 2007. We bought the useful book "Trekking in the Patagonian Andes" but unfortunately it does not contain any GPS waypoints. Could anyone please provide us with the GPS waypoints for Laguna de los Tres Campamento Rio Blanco / Poincenot / Agostini Glaciar Piedras Blances Mirador Cerro Terro ... Thank you in advance ! Any hints for hiking in this area are very welcome. Klaus |

Sorry I can't help with GPS points, however you don't need them. Hiking trails to all the places you mentioned are well marked and you can pick up a map from El Chalten. I have just returned from this area & had a great time. Remember to take clothes for all weather conditions as it snowed while I was there.
