I am having a hard time finding lodging listed in Kamakura...I quess cause most people make it a day trip. Anyone have any suggestions?

There's a very nice and not too expenssive (3,150JPY, which is about US$26 per night) youth hostel in Kamakura. Check it out in this URL: http://www.jyh.or.jp/english/kanto/kamakura/index.html

Consider broadening your search to nearby Enoshima or Fujisawa.
