Hi,
I just stayed a night in Cabanatuan City. The trike drivers as I got off the bus assumed I wanted a 5-star place and named a hotel that I don't remember. I told them I wanted a cheap place nearby and they said the Rest Point. It was about a kilometer back along the road my bus had come in on. The place was OK; more of a love motel than a hotel. Prices ranged from P750 to P1500. I took the P750 room, a large room with a/c, hot water shower and TV, but no window. A trike from NE Junction should be around P30. Good luck.
