Hi,

Milan has 3 airports:

Malpensa, 50 km north, with a shuttle connection with central railway station

Linate, 5 km east, with a bus connection to downtown and subway to railway station

Bergamo (ryanair), from where you can take a shuttle to Brescia, on the railway line Milano/Venezia.

From Milano or from Brescia you have several trains thar are stopping in Sirmione.

From Sirmione to Roma you must take a train to Verona and from there to Roma.

Hi, remember that from Sirmione you have a lot of ferry/boats to take to visit the villages around the lake. If the weather is ok go to Riva del Garda, on the north side of the lakem and stop in Limone (west coast), Malcesine (east coast). From Malcesine you have a cableway to the top of the mountain, about 2.200 meters, and the landskape is great !
And with a train you can go to Verona, about half hour. D0n't miss to visit Verona (my town).
