Train to Berlin Schönefeld and www.easyjet.com to Paris Orly.
Train to Nuremberg and www.airberlin.com to Paris CDG.

DB timetable
http://reiseauskunft.bahn.de/bin/query.exe/en?
From: Dresden
To: SXF airport
To: NUE airport

Night train NZ 378 Dresden (dep. 21:35) - Cologne (arr. 06:56).
Cheap with SparNight tickets. E.g. in a couchette from EUR 39,00.

From Cologne to Paris with Thalys. There are good offers for return tickets.

Eurolines (coach travel) perhaps. You can leave Dresden Monday, Wednesday or Friday at 17.15 and arrive Paris 9.30 in the morning the next day. Thursdays there is a 6 a.m departure which takes you to Paris at 23.00. There are various retun options too depending on day of travel. Check www.eurolines.com which is an awful website when it comes to booking (I couldn't make a trial booking) so you might also have to call their German office: (+49) 069/7903-50.
