Roads to Sugar Hill in late February

We are spending a long weekend in Sugar Hill in a couple of weeks.
Could you tell me how are the roads this time of the year in terms of snow?
Is it safe to go on our small car?
And lastly, could you please suggest the best itinerary from Boston?
