I am reaching KLIA around 7.30 am and wish to go directly to Taman Negara from there. Please advise what mode of transport are available and what are the timings.

If avoiding a taxi (which will be verrrry expensive) then the best choice is to get afternoon bus from Pekeliling bus station in KL to Jerantut, spend a night in Jerantut and then next morning get the boat (at first a bus to jetty from Sri Emas hotel in Jerantut) to Taman Negara. This is one year old information from my own experience. I had conflicting information about morning (10am?) public bus from Pekeliling bus station to Jerantut - so if get fast there and there is such a bus then probably you can get to Taman Negara the same evening (by afternoon boat from jetty not far from Jerantut), but I don't know it for sure.
