>>Jian Tan MRT, walk to Shih Lin night market
Why not Huaxi night market, which is supposed to be the best night market in Taipei. It is very close to Longshan Temple MRT station. >>20/3 - Visit Zhong Lie, CKS, Ding Tai Feng for lunch, Taipei 101, Wu Fen Pu, Rao He (Any more proper plan to be sugegsted?) National Palace Museum, Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall, Martyrs' Shrine

Thanks for your reply. I will go Huaxi too on 2nd or other night. Anyone know more about the High Express Railway in Taiwan? Has it operated? Can I go to Chiayi via that train? Would it be faster to reach Alishan?

HI,
Xin Nian Kuai Le to you and you Family. Since I dont have time now , I'll reply later but I dont want to forget this: To go to Martyr's Shrine and Miramar from Imperial: Just cross the road and take the bus 208 directly to these places. NTD15/- Outside Imperial:On your left after the Temple (Quite New) is a great Taiwan Breakfast joint-open 24 hrs for Xiao Long Bao, Yu Thiao, Soya Milk , Dan Bing, Sao Bing e.t.c.

Yes, the High Speed Rail is running. You can check the schedule at http://www.thsrc.com.tw/en/index.htm.
The only problem is that the stations are usually far away from city centers.
