Is there bus service going from Montecatini, Italy to Lucca and Pisa? What is the name of bus company and where do I board it? Is there a website in English?

If you are not adverse to taking the train (see www.trenitalia.com), there is a regional train that runs more or less hourly from Montecatini Terme (is this the Montecatini you meant?) to Pisa, with almost all trains changing in Lucca. The fare from Montecatini Terme to Pisa is all of 3.90 euro one way...it's hard to imagine that the bus would/could be much cheaper...
