It looks like one of the Tour de France cycle teams (Lance Amstrong's group perhaps), but on the other hand it could be any group of cyclist sponsored by the same company.

I think it's just a bunch of cyclists, not a racing group. It looks like the one bike on the left has fenders and a bag.
They just like dressing up the same. ;)

they can't be Tour de France racers, as there would be a LOT more people around or behind them in the picture. My guess is that this is a group of French amateur cyclists, the same kind i see every Sunday in the contry !
