Check trenitalia.com or bahn.de for trains. You may have to change trains in Verona.

There's a direct train from München Hbf to Padova on weekdays at 11:30, arr. 17:58. But as you don't say what day or time you want to travel, you will have to look up other possibilities for yourself on http://bahn.hafas.de/bin/query.exe/en.

look at FFSS website http://www.trenitalia.com/en/index.html PADOVA - MUENCHEN HBF start 07:28 arrival 14:25 change train in Verona (1 hour from Padova) PADOVA - MUENCHEN HBF start 09:27 arrival 16:26 PADOVA - MUENCHEN HBF start 11:50 arrival 18:26 you will change train in Verona (1 hour from Padova) Giorgio
