I will arrive on the airport of Ulaan Bataar in July.
Is it possible to get a visa on arrival?
I have Dutch nationality.

It appears that you can get a visa upon arrival.

Visas are available upon arrival for those visitors from countries without Mongolian diplomatic representation - and (according to the website below) the Netherlands doesn't have Mongolian diplomatic representation:

I would not take the chance to arrive in UB and be denied access in case they do not deem you ok for entry due to some failure to comply with whatever little rule. It's easy to get a visa from a consulate, hon consul whatever, and any travel agency dealing with flights/Transsib railway etc. will be able to provide you with necessary visas and documentation. It took me less than 24 hrs to obtain a visa through the agency that got me my air tickets when I went there, in Norway, a country which most definitely has no diplomatic representation from Mongolia beyond honorary counsellor. Mongolia has embassies in Berlin and London.
Maybe the rules have changed since I went there, but I would not gamble on it being possible.

Je koopt een visum op het vliegveld van UB voor US$ 50,00. Klein kantoortje bij de eerste controle. Wordt aangegeven met "VISA" Gepiept in 5 minuten. Heb het al drie keer gedaan in 2006.
