Somewhere better near by? Posted: Sat February 10, 2007 06:10 PM UTC
I have to visit Idaho for Christmas 2008. I'll be flying from the UK so want to make it worth my while. Does anyone have any tips of places I could fly on to that are actually worth visiting?

You will probably have to make a connection in N.Y., Chicago, Boston or somewhere else. Why not stay a few days in your connecting city on the way there or on the way back. Also, Seattle, Portland, San Fransisco and L.A. are all less than 2.5 hour flight from Idaho. It all depends on your interests.

If your flying in and out of Boise, that airport has direct flights to San francisco, seattle, Spokane, portland, Salt Lake City, Denver, Chicago, los angles, pheonix, Dallas, Reno, Las Vegas........take your pick of cities to see. Sun Valley here in Idaho is worth seeing also if your interested.
