I am planning to spend 6 months in India on a tourist visa and then visit Bhutan for a month before returning to India. Does anybody know if I'll be able to get another tourist visa for India in Bhutan? If this isn't possible then what would be the best way forward?

yes, You can get the visum in India, but it takes a little time. better to fix this at home. have fun Gar Btw: One month is a long time. You know it costs around 200 one day, so a month is about 6000 US $?
