Will be in Arlington next weekend and from the map it looks pretty close to FW. Am I correct about this? Must I have a car to get around? Also I've heard that Lincoln Square is a good shopping place. Again is this correct? Thanks for the info.

Need a car, yes it's close to Ft worth. Take time to go to Kimbell art museum. Not sure when you are visiting but botanical gardens are fantastic. If you can hire a bicycle nice ride along river for miles. Enjoy.

nothing is blooming yet. the Trinity Railway Express is a good way to travel between Ft. Worth and Dallas, but a car would be easier. the ft. worth zoo, downtown, and the stockyards are all good places to explore. there's also an interesting log cabin village near the zoo.
