Cayman is known for having not that great of weather... Cruise ships that have cayman as an itinerary usually end up skipping it cause of bad weather.... but then again it can be just bad luck!!!

Hi,
The winds arent that bad on the island, i am a windsurfer and have had a decent season so far. The best winds in my experience for windsurfing are at the East End and i know a small kite-surfing community that sails off West Bay regularly. You shouldnt be dissappointed. Cheers Phil
