I would be grateful if you could tell me which train/trains i would need to get, and prices. I shall be flying into Karlsruhe-Baden at apprx: 16.00hrs and then travelling down to Fridrichshafen on 23rd March 07. Returning on 25th march.

Try this. Returning on a Sunday to Baden-Airport could be a problem.

the session-IDs at the Deutsche Bahn are not stored, so such links donßt work. You have to enter Baden-Baden and Friedrichshafen every time anew. http://reiseauskunft.bahn.de/bin/query.exe/en

http://reiseauskunft.bahn.de/bin/query.exe/e From: Baden-Airpark To: Friedrichshafen If you stick to local trains (RB, RE, IRE) you can use the Baden-Württemberg Ticket Single (EUR 18,00) for this trip. Covers also the buses from/to Baden-Airpark (Airport Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden FKB). Select at the DB timetable as means of transport "only local transport" if you like to use the Baden-Württemberg Ticket.
