I'll do this trek this summer. Is it ok to do it alone ? If somebody wants to do it with me, why not. Give your e-mail. I think of arriving at Kangerlussuaq on July 31. |

I have been thinking of trekking from Kangerlussuak to Sisimiut as a part of a longer trip from Kangerlussuak to Ilulissat in August-September. I am not quite sure if I cold be able to join you but I hope we could be useful for each other in terms of exchanging information (I do not know much though). Have you done the trek yet? I am thinking of doing the trek later on this summer - does anyone have any advice on the trek... how hard was it.. were the huts any use and can you catch fish from the lakes.. or do you have to carry every ounce of food you need??
