Very high I would say. We saw four different whales when we went in January 2004.

I have been here for almost the entire January now - and we have seen at least five different species of whales almost daily. So yes there are lots of chances to see whales!

Very good to almost certain. The trick is the longer you spend up on deck in the cold the more you will be rewarded. Good luck
