Looking for furnished App. or studio (Beirut)

I'am looking for a furnished studio for rent (from 05Feb2007) for long period (at least 5 months) not so far from AUB, Hamra (rass Beirut), Ain El Mreisseh, ..., for price less than $400 per month.

Any help is appreciated.

hi i have a suggestion
if u want to live in a cheap hotel in downtown beirut near to hamra
it is for 12 dollars
it is called talal`s hotel
