Where/What is Katesh?

I am corresponing with a young child and they attend a school in Katesh. I have not been able to find much information on the web about what exactly it is. Is is a villiage or a province or just general area?

I was to Katesh in January. It is a small town (or a big village) - 8 hours with a bus from Arusha (behind Babati). Katesh is a starting point for Mt Hanang climbs.
