we have to go to Gothenburg in July for a conference from the 8th to the 16th. We are looking for a self-catering apartment but we don't seem to find any... Recommendations?
Hotels are so expensive...

I have an excellent, large studio apartment in the centre of beautiful Vasastan, located in the heart of Gothenburg. It's only 2-10 mins walk to any other downtown area (two blocks from Avenyn, the main avenue). If you're interested in the arts etc. there are several galleries on my street, you're a couple blocks from the art museum, restaurants, etc. I'd charge you 500 EUROS in total for your 8-night stay, for 2 people right? Please reply if you're still looking, and tell me a little more about yourself, the other person who's going wih you (your husband or business partner?), and which conference you are attending in July.

Have you had any luck booking an apartment? I'm heading there with my husband (who will be on business) and my mother (who's elderly) and I'm looking for the same thing, but in May.
