Well, i am far from tehran but try to help cause its my mother tongue.
If you need some institutes the best one i think is ILI(American Iranian Institute that it's name changed to Iran Language Institute) 37 Fajr Street, Motahari Ave. Tehran (Persian Department) Tel: +98 21 8306067 Fax: +98 21 8844486 take a look here http://www.language-learning.net/quick_133_2_2_10_2_66.html check the phone and address before do anything.
