Hi, we have just bought an apartment on the Royal Blue complex and would like to hear from anyone else who has bought one.

My husband and myself have also bought a 2 bedroom appartment in royal blue last november 2006 through panadore properties. Completion date november 2007. Did you buy from panadore? When is your completion date? just wondering if we know you, you may have been on our expection trip. Are you happy investment/purchase? Look forward to your reply.

Hi sharon & dennis,we went on an inspection tour with parador properties at the end of october and were very pleased with them. We are very excited about owning a property on the complex. hi this is steve and julie from hull east yorkshire we have just bought an apartment in k block at the royal blue, we think these apartments are situated in a great area of didim, as we already looked at other apartments in altinkum which we thought were too close together. we were talking to a couple who bought last year and there said its a great area to invest in and the place in mavisher comes to life in april and onwards. got to go hope to hear from you soon steve and julie

Hi there, we have just returned from revisiting our property on the Royal Blue complex, it is absolutly fantastic, they have got on really well and hoping to be finished by Aug/Sept. We stayed at the Garden of Sun Hotel in Altinkum which was really nice. We made good use of the Dolmus which were really cheap and an easy way too get around. Our apartment (G block) has already got the tiles on the floor, tiles on the bathroom walls, pvc window frames installed and some of the other blocks are having there kitchens installed this week. The swimming pool near our block has been dug out and has the steel reinforcements laid on the base ready for the cement. We are so looking forward to completion date and looking forward to meeting our neighbours.

My sister n law and i purchased an appartment within the Royal Blue Homes
complex last year. We bought from the builders H S M constructions located
in Altinkum. We are going out next month and are staying in one of H S M,s
completed appartments which we have rented through the Altinkum Forum which
is a good place for information if you are a property owner, or thinking of becoming one.
We have bought a 2 bedoom apt in the F block. Has anyone alse bought in this
block.?

must have made a mistake on the appt number as we have bought (F13) and we

We have also purchased on Royal Blue with HSM Construction, they seem very good. We cannot get out again until August but hope by this time that they are virtually finished and we can buy our furniture

Hi. We have bought K4 on Royal Blue with Parador last July. We visited this Easter and were thrilled with the speed of the build, the perimiter wall was constructed whilst we were holiday in record time. The site could be finished ahead of schedule so should be definately finished by end of October. Rod and Joyce.

Hi all Royal Blue owners.
My sister n law and i have just returned from our visit to Mavesiher and we are delighted to announce that not only are the appt looking fab but they are well ahead of schedule and we have been asured by H S M that we can confidently book our next trip for September, and the appt will be key ready.
The appts were so nice that we have upgraded from a 2 bed appt to a 3 bed duplex. Cant wait to return.

So glad our apartments are looking good, did you get to see any of the work on the new harbour? that will be great when its finished. Are you able to put any new photos on your home page because we would all like to see them if you can. We have booked our flights for two wks at the beginning of November so probably people will have already moved in. We are so excited, Elvis (Andrew) has already negotiated an extra wks holiday so we can spend 6 wks at our new home.

Hi Sarah and Elvis, All anxious Royal Blue owners will have to wait till i get my clever sister n law to put the photoes on for me as she is more advanced in that dept than i am!!!
We have booked for the 16th of September and the October school week both occasions for 1 week. Sooo excited. If anyone from Glasgow going out around that time check out www.skybargain.com they have good deals at the moment.

Yes Pete & I also have bought an apartment! at the moment trying to get our heads around whether to go along with parador furniture offers or not! Have you considered these options? and have you found any interesting other options or not? because with effort I think they are out there, if you want to make a meal of it! Interested to hear your thoughts on this!

Hi there, we have just got back from looking at Royal Blue on 12th August,we have bought k1 and L1. Spent quite a bit of time on the site - it looks great.
Compared Parador and HSM furniture packs then went to Didim Mobiley(Furniture) opposite HSBC on the main road - prices are miles better - English is spoken and they will deliver when you want - we were also told that prices are even lower in Soke if you have time to go - its about 15mins by car - 40 by bus.
HSM have been great whilst we were there - Bernie the receptionist and Shebnan both were excellent. Parador office personal were poor compared to when we bought; when they could not do enough _the comment from friends was they are really only interested in selling and after service is not good. We also checked out prices of curtains - nets and liners were about £188.00 for three sets of windows fitted and made to measure.. One problems we noticed on the apartments is that I thought they would have patio doors - in fact the doors onto the terraces open generally into the apartments reducing the space inside. Overall however we had a great week - and got a lot done.
Boat ride was great - - met 3 other people who have bought on Royal Blue.

Hi Sarah and Elvis,
The curtain shop was called Didim Perde and is about half way up Ataturk Boulavard on the left hand side going up. The man in there was very helpful - he even recommended a cheaper material rather than a named brand.
Not yet bought home insurance, Parador and probably HSM offer it - check their website. There is also info about insurance on the Absolutely Altinkum website.
Would be happy to put photos on, just not sure how to do it!!!!!!!. Can you help me out with that?

We have bought F7 on Royal Blue and have had a letter to say we can complete Sept 07. We would like to hear from anyone who knows about furniture packs other than from Parador or HSM. Hi Steve and Mela - I have put 4 photos on our home page in the album - hope you can access them.
Just a note for people we have been checking flights out to Turkey - the number of flights decreases Sept/Oct and the cost rises so I would suggest you check out flights pretty soon to get a reasonable deal.
Hotel costs are very low however.

We have also bought an apartment on Royal Blue from Parador, their insurance quote was £200 higher than Intasure (online) which may be justified but although Intasure have provided full coverage descriptions there has been no such info from Parador up to now although requested twice so far! Found Absolutely Altinkum website very helpful overall but can't see any actual prices/descriptions on furniture to help compare Parador quotes.
