Málaga Advice on February Travel
Posted: Fri January 19, 2007 09:08 PM UTC
Our family is traveling to Malaga in February. What is the best way to "getting" around? Do we rent a car or rely on public transport? We would like to visit tourist attractions while enjoying time away from hustle and bustle of life. We would also like to go to Alhambra.

Staying on a time share, we'd like to be able to do some cooking. Are there markets nearby where we could get fresh food? Thank you in advance to information.

Málaga Advice on February Travel

The best moving around Malaga and due to the number of atttractions that you can see is obviously renting a car. The cheapest option for this is a reliable Spanish company , whose web is the following www.pepecar.es . There are plenty of markets in all town and apart from the clasical visits to Marbella, Estepona, Fuengirola, drive north along the coast, specially to a place called Nerja and if you get the chance visit the caves out there, surely was a unique experieince for me and my family. For the alhambra visit, whcih is in Granada, you can drive down and keep about 2 days for this visit. Granada is 110 kilometers outside Malaga and apart from the visit to the Alhambra, do try to visit the city.
