i worked in kuwait before and i am in the philippines now. i am applying for a visa to go to Australia. i need to pass a police clearance from kuwait to be able to do this. i have 18 days to secure this requirement and i am losing my hope to get this document. i read several websites and they are saying that i have to go there personally to get it from the ministry. can somebody advised me what to do or atleast if i have to go there in kuwait just so i can get this document how many days would it take for me to get a visit visa and do i need a sponsor to go there in kuwait?

Hmmm, not sure on this one. The ministries here are notoriously difficult to deal with. Have you checked with the Kuwait Embassy in your home country, or alternatively sought advice from the Philipines Embassy in Kuwait?
