Curaçao Travel Forum

Hi there,

i would like to experience the Curacao islad in the near future for at least 10 days.
Therefore i am looking for a student budget acommodation/hostle. I do not need a luxurious room, as long as it is safe and clean :)
If anyone know that kind of place, i would appreciate any information.

Hello again...! If you are going only to Cuaracao, there are some places where to stayfor no more than 40 to 50 UsD a day. You can find also some flats with kitchen , s-poll. The only problem is that some off this places are not in secure places, I mean, you can not walk alone after 7pm.
Try to find something on the internet or as sun as you get to the airport, you can go to the tourist office, they do have a full list of places where to to stay and where to go during your stay.

You can check out Buona Sera (about $50 - 2006 prices) a night. It is a small family hotel in Punda (7-10 min to the Walking Bridge & Old Downtown). If you are planning to stay out of Willemstad, you have lots of options, ranging from plantations to rooms w/ private bathroom, depending on what you are planning to do.
