Hello everyone,

My name is Alberto (Spain) and I'm new in VT.

Right now I am in Edinburgh but next saturday I will be heading to Breda. I have
been looking for a place, online, to stay as I get there (hostel or anything
like that) but everything seems to be very expensive. I will stay for three
weeks and then I will go back to Spain to say good bye to everyone before I get
ready for my YEAR IN BREDA!! (I will do my last year of my degree over there)

I have to questions for you: do you know a cheap place to stay in for a few days
before I can find a house to share for the rest of the year??
And as I've seen you say you have been sharing a house over there, could you
tell me where to go to ask for houses?? like which are the typical places where
I could find that information: newspapers, any boards in any bars, any
agencies...

I would really appreciate this information from you.

There is a kind of Breda bulletin board at http://www.prikpagina.nl/list.php?f=947 (in Dutch) and you are not the only one looking for a student room (kamer gezocht!! = room wanted).

There is a special site for student rooms at http://www.studentenkamers.nl/search.php3?flats=&city_id=6 (sorry, Dutch again).

The local Breda government has a digital counter where you can subscribe yourself as somebody looking for a room (http://www.woonloketbreda.nl/).

The local rental corporations are also renting rooms to strudents; you find them at http://www.wonenswb.nl/main.html.

Dear Alberto,my name is sivan,and i will be studying in Breda starting september.i heard that finding a flat there is not quite easy,so my plan is to start looking for a flat now,and to move to breda at the end of july.
if you find something,i am interested to share a house,so please let me know.
