Staying in the riu hotel Fanara in June in Sal can anyone tell me what it is like, is it on the beach ? also my husband wants to surf there is their anyway he can hire surfboards or does he have to take his own ?

Yes. Your Husband don't have to take his surfboard, it will be provided in the island. About Riu Hotel Fanara, every hotels or at least most of them are near by beachs, you don't have to worry about it.
