Just a quick question to find out what price is per night if I'm looking at staying in backpacker accomodation in Chengdu? Any ideas? Thanks in advance, James |

Private room, or dorm bed?
Why not check out the websites of the hostels yourself? Stay away from Sam's Guesthouse (not to be confused with Sim's Cozy Guesthouse). I'm looking to stay for 2-3 months in Chengdu; is it possible to rent a room at a monthly rate which would work out cheaper than paying for a room in a guesthouse each night? Does anyone know how to do this? I have very little money! I do speak Chinese fluently though.
