| Darwin | Rental properties in Darwin area - what suburbs to avoid? Posted: Tue January 16, 2007 01:32 AM UTC
Hey there everyone....I'm heading up to Darwin in April to live and I'm hoping someone can shed some light as to which suburbs to avoid when looking for a house to rent? I can't afford anything fancy but i would like to live in a nice quiet neighbourhood. I don't mind a 20 min drive from the CBD either. Your help would be appreciated! :)

Hi There,
I am driving up to Darwin from Perth and will be expecting to get into Darwin around 2nd May. I would too, like to know, what suburbs to avoid? I am after a place that will take animals (house preferbly) and looking to spend just over $300 (if not less) per week on rent. I too dont mind living 15-20 mins outside CBD (i.e. Driver or Gunn) but can you please tell me which suburbs to avoid. Thanks in Advance
