Does anybody know what might be happening to the "car park" area opposite La Perla restaurant below El Litoral in Calle Filipinas in the Burriana area? Is it likely to remain a car park or will it be developed in the foreseeable future?

Hi,
I assume you mean opposite La Parra where the little old man sits with his funny sign? If so, I haven't seen any signs up for new developments. There is talk of new parking around Burriana, but I think it's up the other end of the Paseo. But as you come down the hill on Calle Filipinas, just before the apartments next to La Parra, on the right, they've just knocked the old house down there and are going to build houses.
