The Tower of Americas in San Antonio has a revolving restaurant at the top. The restaurant has just been renovated and reopened by Landry's and features upscale dining (kinda spendy) and great views. For a quick drink and appetizers, go to the bar level. It doesn't rotate, but still great views.
