HI! I'll go on Philippine on february but I don't know too much abotu this place. May be someone could help me.. !I'll stay there for a week so I wouldn't to do many transfer (plane+car+bus+boat+bus..finally resort!! he! he!). I would like find a nice resort near airport, with nice beach and sea.
I've seen that Boracay it's nice.. there is other place as Boracay sea but nearest possible to airport? We don't make diving so only to swim and relax!

there are many beaches geographically nearer to manila than boracay, like those found in batangas. however, the land trip (bus or car) will take you more hours getting there than to boracay. thus, i suggest that you go straight to boracay (caticlan airport) as you arrived at the NAIA, manila's international airport. the domestic terminal is just a few minutes ride from there and boracay is only about 45minutes from Manila.

yup, im suggesting that you go visit boracay. plan your flights well - i mean reserve seats to boracay, say, one or two hours after your arrival in manila. you can visit www.cebupacificair.com, www.philippineairlines.com and www.asianspirit.com for flight info to Caticlan (nearest airport to Boracay).

For your other questions (best resorts along white beach and if february is a good time of year for a swim in boracay, etc.), island resident SIRENNA is the best source for an answer. Visit her VT homepage.

Some of the nicest resorts in Boracay are located towards the northern part of White Beach. I'd recommend Fridays resort.
