You are welcome in India and i don't know about your actiual budget.You can stay in Padmani Palace in Bikaner this is very good hotel with Garden for Sunsuine for your baby for more details visit my Bikaner tips.

you can go to shri ram guest house .it is run by a retaired brigadier of indian arm.
