Romantic restaurant with eiffel tower view wanted!

I went to paris when i was about 11, 11 years later I would like to take my girlfriend on a suprise trip to paris on the weekend before valentine's day. I then intend to wine and dine her in a lovely restaurant and walk her up to the eiffel tower and propose to her within view of the tower. Problem is I don't know of any restaurant's that have an eiffel tower view. I don't really want to eat in the tower because I think it would be nice to take a slow stroll after dinner to the tower. Does anyone know of any restaurants with lovely view's?
All help would be appreciated. thank you

Here are some possibilities:

Le Ciel de Paris Tour Maine Montparnasse, 33 avenue du Maine 75015 Paris. Montparnasse. Tel: 33 (0)1 40 64 77 64. The restaurant is on the 56th floor of this Paris skyscraper and therefore you will get a fabulous view of all of Paris including the Eiffel Tower.

Place du Trocadéro 75116 Paris. Metro Trocadero. There are several restaurants on this circle one of which faces directly into the Eiffell Tower.

At night around 10 minutes before the hour the lights twinkle. It is truly romantic.

why not do a Dinner Cruise, then when you disembark you can make your way to the tower which will be in full view all the time

why not the Jules Verne, right in the Eiffle tower. it is very expensive
