I am not sure but I think there is now a place that does some cruises on small boats from Hua Hin, I think it has Marine or mermaid in the name, not sure, try a search on Yahoo Thailand and it should be there, I have seen some mention of these in the local travel magazines in Thailand but honestly did not take too much notice, I think it could be Mermaid Cruises or something similar to that.
