Besides finding a bus (Victory Liner and maybe the Rabbit line if it is still in business) you can sign up for a ride at the Swagman Hotel in the Ermita area.

The service is called "Fly the Bus" and the I think the price in November was 500 pisos. They drop you off at your hotel in Angeles.

This same "Fly the Bus" service also takes you back to Manila and there is a run to Subic too!

Yes, it's between 80 and 100 km, depends where in Manila you start measuring.
On a good run you will get there in about 1 hour 30 minutes but count on about 2 hours. It all depends on the traffic and if the bus you are on stops or not. If all goes terribly wrong it can take 3 hours.
I've used the Swagman "Fly the Bus" many, many times but will not use it again. The last few times the aircon has broken down. I've also seen one of the buses break down just before leaving Angeles and have to wait for a replacement bus. Other travellers have told me the buss has broken down on the way and they've been left cooking on the side of the road for a couple of hours while they wait for a replacement bus. Lots of the Angeles hotels can arrange transport either by car or van, they cost about 2000 and 2500 respectively, well worth it if you have a few people. They will pick you up from your hotel or the airport.
