I am looking for towns named "Illintsy" and "Lukashevska". Are they in Vinnyts'ka Olast? I will be traveling from areas least of Krakow - Rzeszow or Przemysl. Is there a train that goes from either of these towns to Kiev? Thanks for any info you can provide. Many thanks

Both are in Vinnyts'ka Oblast', neither has railway connection.
