Heck no! Caracas is a great city. But, the danger of this city is not for the faint of heart. Naive bumbling tourists are not recommended to go here. Do your homework.

Even going out of your cozy aufenthalt, might a brick fall on your head and you get dead. Caracas has its dangers, but it is EXTREMELY worth knowing it.
