i am planning to go to zanzibar feb/mar time. i would like some help on a beautiful QUIET beach with no seaweed and good swimming. i am not interested in big hotels and prefer to stay in a place near the beach with bathrooms attached and also clean!!
any suggestions would be greatly appreciated |

Yep, DAO is right, the East Coast is your best bet! The seaweed is no bother. but maybe the tide is a bit. You can ask for a local fisherman to take you for a couple of hours snorkelling when the tide is low. Great chance to also have a ride on one of their graceful boats and gain some inside info. Enjoy! BTW I stayed at the Blue Oyster guesthouse, and it was excellent!
