Hi! I'm visiting Brasov in the spring but I don't have so much money. We will be group of 3 persons. Cheapest accommodation I found was 20$/person/night. I don't need anything luxury or some nightlife. I just want CHEAP place to stay overnight.

I remember from my last visitlast summer, there are (only) 2 youth hostels in Brasov. They cost around 35 to 40 Romanian Lei, which is around 11 Euro (should be no more than 15 USD, depending on current exchange rate);

One is Kismet Dao, the other is Rolling Stones; Both cannot be said to be really good but they are okay. You can check the RS website here: http://www.rollingstone.ro/

Maria Bolea offers private rooms for 10 euro per night--that was what she charged the last time i rented from her... she meets travelers at the train station and solicits them... you can check out more info on my brasov page...

Dirty cheap can be for 16 usd a person a night. Less is black market and I hate her users.

Black market? They're called entreprenuers. A room is a room. As long as it is clean, what's the difference? The Black market, as you call it, actually offers a better product for budget travelers than the legitimate hostels.
