I'm in the planning stage of a possible trip to Bhutan. Just discovered the $200/day thing, which is not too much of a problem with the $ so low against Sterling!
Do you have any thoughts about whether it's best to book via a UK agent, they are a handful who handle Bhutan, or a Bhutanese agent? Any recommandations? Thanks A. |

Stick to the Bhutanese agents if possible, brings some more profit to Bhutan. There are also some very nice and helpful people here on VT, like Kencho alias Bhutanguide, that I would recommend to ask for details. She is very kind and willing to help.
