im thinking of spending four or five days alone in bari,question is, is it safe for me to do so?
will there be enough to do to fill my time there ?
i do not drive

Four or five days in Bari are more than enough to see the town and surrounds.
Don't forget to visit MATERA, thera are local guided tours organized. Matera is a old town very famous for the movie Passion (Mel Gibson)

As all big cities on the sea is safe except some districts. Ask your hotel.

Hi the answer is yes its safe but 4-5 days in Bari is too much
try to visit near cities

Maybe 4-5 days are too much to visit only the city of Bari...but if you don't drive,you can take the train to visit the surroundings

Matera is a must to see a went as an exchange student a few years ago and the churches and Sassi is amazing!!
