Hi somebody have and idea about summer rents in trabazon or akcaabat?
the price for one month rent ,not expensive, basic apt. in safe area. or any family lodge like bed and breakfast place?

Dear Matty, Trabzon and Akcaabat are very safe places. Every area is safe. There is only one danger. If you excuse me I want to write about this danger.There are many Russian, Georgian, Armenian prostututes working illegally in Trabzon. For that peason every alone foreign women are treated as if they are prostitutes. Many men could near you assuming that you are one of them. Please say them that you are American or "Amerikan, Amerikan" they will say sorry and go away or excuse for 1000 times. No body dares in Turkey to assult a women aspecially in Black Sea region.

On the other hand it is hard to find a flat in Trabzon or Akcaabat. If you are coming for the University no problem. Your collegues will help you fo find a place.

Have a nice time Trabzon and Akcaabat. Both are nice little towns.
