I intend to be staying in Saarbrücken (Rastpfuhl near Lebacher straße ) to for between 2-3 weeks starting on the 28th of Decemeber 2006. I’m looking for very cheap accommodation that can be booked each day instead of doing so in advance. That’s because I have a friend there who might be able to put me up some nights. I’m just looking for a basic room that has a bed and shower and no more.

Any help would be appreciated,

What you're looking for will be very hard to find, especially during the holidays. Any hotel would like to know more or less how long you're going to stay, a cheap one even more so. Are you prepared to pack your stuff each morning and check out, just to check in again in the afternoon? If your room is still available then.It can also be more expensive, as usually a room for just one night costs more than for several nights.

Yes, I think I’ll have little choice but to book it all in two or three separate chunks. I’ll have a look at that website and see what I can find there. Thankyou :-)
