We are planning a trip in Nov 2007, and everywhere you read, it makes it seem like it rains all day, every day.
Is it rainy like hawaii? or only at night? I understand, it's weather, and it can change - but there has to be some sort of pattern/average. We are going either way to to Puerto Plata, but may change dates... We are staying @ the Lifestyle Villa's - how are those? They look really nice.. |
