Hello,
I visited Cape Verde few years ago and did not eat malaria tablets. Here in Finland the doctor did not have any recommendation for it (there is only small risk of infection on the island Sao Tiago during september-november they said).

no, in general there isn t any danger of Malaria in Cape Verde, as far as I know.
