Macao hong kong to macau

how do i take the ferry to macau from hong kong? i will be staying in kowloon. hong kong. which ferry terminal do i have to go to catch the ferry to macau? do i need a visa to enter? i am from australia, australian passport holders do not need a visa if staying less than 30 days. Does anyone know where in macau is the most popular casino?

Hi,
there is a dedicated ferry terminal in Central, you can walk there from the IFC building. Take the star ferry from Kowloon to Central, and then walk the 10 minutes or so. No Visa needed, they give you one upon arrival, no charge. You leave HK immigration, and pass into Macau, so you will get several stamps on your passport. Used to be Casino Lisboa, but now all the new Casino's much more exciting - take your pick, walkable from the ferry terminal
